The Gett gateway received an invalid or unexpected response from an upstream service (e.g., a provider POS system or third-party integration).

Retryable?

Yes. Retry with exponential backoff: 1s, 2s, 4s, up to a maximum of 30s. If the error persists, contact support with the requestId.

Common Causes

• A restaurant's POS system returned an unrecognized response
• An upstream integration service is temporarily degraded
• Network timeout between Gett and an external provider
